+David S. Miller Partner
David’s career in commercial real estate extends over 35 years. After earning a master’s degree from the University of Texas in 1980, David began his career as a leasing agent with Trammell Crow Company in Dallas. In 1983, David moved to Charlotte, NC to start the company’s retail division. In 1988, he joined other real estate professionals from the Trammell Crow Company to launch Childress Klein Properties as the company’s senior retail partner, where he remained until co-founding Raley Miller Properties in 1999. Since then, he has served as Raley Miller Properties’ CEO. David has worked in development, financing and operations of shopping centers since 1980 and has led the development of various projects in excess of four million square feet.

+Larry L. Raley Partner
Larry has worked in real estate since 1972 when he became an assistant real estate director for A&P Tea Company. Two years later, he established the real estate department at Food Lion before returning to Charlotte as the Carolinas director of real estate for Eckerd Drugs in 1978. He remained at Eckerd Drugs for over 20 years, eventually becoming vice president of real estate for the Eastern United States. At Eckerd Drugs, Larry oversaw the development of over 500 stores. Larry has served as Raley Miller Properties’ president since co-founding the company in 1999.

+Stuart Miller Partner
Stuart joined Raley Miller Properties in 2015 after an eight-year career as a leasing agent specializing in retail and mixed-use real estate projects, first for Glenwood Development Company and later for Coro Realty Advisors in Atlanta. During his real estate career, Stuart has been involved in lease negotiations for over a million square feet. He is a member of the ICSC and currently serves on the board of Young Atlanta Retail Alliance and the Planning Committee for the Atlanta ICSC Next Generation. As vice president, Stuart focuses on developing single- and multi-tenant properties.

+Maryann McGarity Controller
Maryann has over 30 years of experience in the accounting profession, primarily in the real estate field. She received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from UNC Charlotte in 1983 and a master’s degree from Queens University in 1993. Maryann has worked in Charlotte and Atlanta, spending 20 years at Queens Properties as controller. She is a CPA and also obtained her Real Estate license in 1994. Maryann joined Raley Miller Properties in 2003. She also enjoys serving on the board of Tri It for Life, a regional nonprofit organization.

+Melody Graham Office Manager
Melody joined Raley Miller Properties in 2017. She is new to the commercial real estate world, having previously worked in local government. She attended Appalachian State University where she received her Bachelor of Science degree. As office manager, Melody is responsible for providing support to the Raley Miller team.
